The organizers of a major annual summit were using one platform for ticket sales, a completely separate manual process for printing attendee badges, and an expensive third-party lead retrieval system for their vendors that consistently failed to sync data. We architected and developed a complete, end-to-end custom event management system consisting of a web portal and a dedicated mobile application.

Ticketing & Automated Barcode Badging We built a secure online registration portal that seamlessly handled payments and attendee data. Upon successful registration, the system automatically generated dynamic, unique barcode profiles for each visitor, allowing for instant, self-serve badge printing at the event check-in kiosks.

Vendor Lead Retrieval App To maximize ROI for event exhibitors, we developed a custom mobile app for iOS and Android. Instead of exchanging business cards, vendors simply used their smartphone cameras to scan attendee barcodes. The app instantly pulled the visitor's contact information from the central database, allowing vendors to add custom notes and export their captured leads directly to their own CRMs at the end of the day.
