The Story

Vanguard MFG Group had recently acquired a sprawling 50,000-square-foot facility to serve as their new corporate headquarters and distribution center. However, the building’s existing physical IT infrastructure was completely obsolete. The legacy cabling was degraded, causing massive network bottlenecks, there was zero wireless coverage on the warehouse floor, and the facility lacked a modern security camera and access control system. They needed a complete, ground-up physical technology overhaul before their hard move-in deadline.

We engineered a comprehensive physical infrastructure deployment, managing everything from the low-voltage wiring to the final camera positioning.

Structured Cabling & Wireless Networking We designed and deployed a future-proofed network foundation. Our team ran miles of high-capacity Cat6a cabling, built out a fully organized, temperature-controlled server room, and installed enterprise-grade wireless access points to ensure seamless, high-speed roaming coverage across the entire office and warehouse floor.

Physical Security & Access Control To protect their physical assets, we installed a comprehensive network of high-definition, IP-based CCTV cameras with night vision and 24/7 cloud recording. We also deployed a centralized keycard access control system, ensuring management could track and restrict entry to sensitive areas of the building in real time.
